Hi, my name is Tina. I was always in advanced math classes and especially thrive and love working with finances and numbers. This is why I pursued becoming a bookkeeping professional after doing the books for over 15 years for our small service-based businesses (mainly construction – residential building, remodeling, roofing, siding, decks, flooring, plumbing, and landscaping), janitorial, truck drivers, small auto repair shops, personal care assistants, and other services. I learned much of how their operations flow and challenges, and this is why I have a passion to perform bookkeeping for the trades and service-based businesses.

I got my certifications through Ashworth College, Bookkeeper Launch aka bookkeepers.com, and Intuit QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper Academy. In addition to bookkeeping courses, I took tax courses two different times- Ashworth College in 2009 and Jackson Hewitt in 2025- knowing how bookkeeping and taxes correspond together.
